A visit to Newbridge is not a bad plan for a bit of retail therapy - on the way there you will pass Kildare Village a great retail outlet with lots of bargains, but travelling on to Newbridge a visit to Newbridge Silverware is a real treat. Here you can visit the vintage clothes museum with garments that belonged to the Beatles, Grace Kelly, Michael Jackson, and many more. The shop itself is full of wonderful jewellery, books and lots of other interesting bits & pieces. No visit would be complete without a trip to the restaurant where you can have afternoon tea in proper china cups, or enjoy a lovely lunch of homemade salads, breads etc.
